Diana Cihak
President & Senior Grant Writer
Founder. Risk Taker. Entrepreneur. Oenophile.
Diana has expertise in entrepreneurship, government relations, state and federal funding, political strategy, business consulting, and lobbying. Her credentials include Women in Leadership Nominee, City & State’s Western New York Power 100, and appearances in the New York Times and Buffalo News, as well as on Fox Business News, WGRZ, WBFO, and Canadian Network Television. She holds a BA in Political Communications.
Julie Yates
Office Administration. Meticulous. Results-Oriented. Hodophile.
Executive Administrator
Julie has expertise in Executive Administration, Instructional Design in eLearning and ILR, Business Processes, and Municipalities. She holds a BA in Business Administration and is certified in Emotional Intelligence. She also actively gives back to her community, volunteering for Youth Challenge and previously for the Village of Williamsville.
Cecily Rodriguez
Senior Grant Writer & Human Resources

Cecily has expertise in workforce development, business processes, employee relations, communications, and HR. She holds a BA in Journalism and Mass Communications and MS in Organizational Leadership. Her credentials include PHR, Hogan, and Big 5 certifications. She is an adjunct professor at the University at Buffalo and Canisius University and was a TEDxBuffaloWomen Speaker. She gives back to the community by serving on various Boards.
Lau Ciceron

Lau (pronounced “low”) has expertise in social research, data collection, data analysis, and political advocacy. She is a published researcher in the *Journal of Abnormal Psychology* and served as the Principal Researcher for The Stan Greenspon Holocaust and Social Justice Center. She holds a BS in Sociology and an MS in Social Policy and Social Research.
Darsa Morrow
Junior Grant Writer
Curator. Educator. Librarian. Bibliophile
Darsa has a diverse background in education, curation, and research. Her expertise includes curriculum development, student empowerment, copywriting, program development, research, children's literature, and data analysis. She has curated over 12,000 titles for a school library and created a visiting author program. She holds a BS in Liberal Studies and an MS Ed in Early Childhood & Elementary Education.
